The best events are laid out well in advance of the event. They’re fun, and memorable.

Consider yourself an audience member, what would you want to experience during your event. Not only inside the ballroom, but when you roll up to the venue and exit your car. Picture yourself, walk that path. It can all be scripted, from signs to audio, to what venue employees or volunteers say to welcome guests – and to what is experienced inside a ballroom.
